there in the midst of this sandy expanse there arose a single, majestic, giant redwood tree, over a football field high, the last of its kind here in Babel Land .. a noble species if ever there was one. Unfortunately it was slowly being hacked to death.. its trunk was mauled and torn in a most hideous way.. but even in its sad condition, it was the most majestic thing gnat had ever seen..the word sacred came to his mind and stayed there .. tears welled in his eyes ..then he saw the threat . .a crew of gibberish spouting men wearing a yellow hardhats and white lab coats and with pens and clipboards, appeared and began setting up their apparatus.intended to cut down the tree.. once and for all... . it wasn't a saw .. no, this was the height of efficiency.. a death beam that would burn thru wood, thru the trunk of that majestic redwood tree and cut it up into boards faster than you could say "yikes" or "bob's your uncle" . .Just as they were about to turn on the beam and aim it at the trunk , just like the death star from "Star Wars",,, a voice cried out from way up in the crown of that tree....
"butterfly butterfly is my name
saving redwoods is my game
you know that if you fell this tree
you surely will be the death of me...pfftrrrrrrr... so bug off "
They removed their yellow hardhats and scratched their heads. They couldn't very well cut down the tree and cause the death of a person.. Looking around they saw gnat .. which caused quite a hubbub and the spouting of more gibberish..They escorted him out of the area. They took gnat to a long low fence and threw him over it while they were cursing profusely and pointing to a warning sign on the fence that said:
"DANGER .. .. Men Will Do ANYTHING For Money "..
gnat decided to walk away from the fence. It was slightly downhill .
then he came upon a drilling rig in the middle of a field..
